What is the ‘Delivery Date’?
The delivery date is the date you require your video by.
Why are some dates blocked out and unavailable?
There is a minimum time period blocked out so the artist has time to record your personal video. This is generally at least 3 days but it does vary from artist to artist.
Why is there a time option for my ‘Delivery Date’?
The time you choose just indicates the deadline for your video on the specific date. This will be default early morning to ensure your video is received in good time.
How will I receive my order?
You will be notified by email when your order has been completed and ready to be viewed. Make sure to activate your account after booking to gain access to your customer dashboard.
What is my ‘Customer Dashboard’?
On completion of your first booking you will be asked to activate your account with an email address and password. This will give you access to your own customer dashboard. The customer dashboard is your hub that houses your pending bookings and completed videos. You can view, share and download your videos from your customer dashboard.
I no longer want my video and require a refund!
This is perfectly ok! As long as your artist hasn’t begun working on your video, we can refund your money.
